I'm Santosh. My application number is 131774 with loan amount 90, 100 for Simplilearn FSD program.
I cancelled my Simplilearn study program within a week.
From then till now, I had been deducted ENACH BOUNCE CHARGES 590 since two months until now.
As Simplilearn had already paid dues and yet after receiving full settlement, how can I be charged ENACH BOUNCE CHARGES 590.

I request you to kindly go through the attachment picture showing ENACH BOUNCE CHARGES 590 twice.

Also, I request Propelld team to kindly refund my ENACH BOUNCE CHARGES.

Note: I had been charged twice ENACH BOUNCE CHARGES 590 totalling 1180rs.
