I take a education loan from propelld for Jain University. But due to some reasons i have to withdraw from the course & paid all the EMI for nothing. But now after clearance of EMI, on 10.04.2023 University initiated payment into AC[protected] IFSC-ICIC0000104 UTR No.-SBIN[protected] on the account of BLUEBEAR TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED of 35500 which is described in mail i recieved from University. But surprisingly still after 2.5 months propelld has not given me my refund amount and telling me that we haven't got any refund against your name. They call me continuously when any EMI was delayed. But now they don't have answers. Attaching the screenshot of mail i received from University end. But now they are telling me that they reversed the amount to the source. What the hell is going on. Where should i go. What to do
