Dear Sir,
We have TWO physical Airtel connections (TV & Internet) with us. Whenever any problem arises at the time of booking it goes wrong entry,
1. Clarification of two connections verify with ID, Phone
2. Protectcare factory connection (TV & Internet) was down last few days, whenever booking again it goes wrong area.
3. Requesting several times with your staff, they are not very clear about rectifying the address and ID, again getting call, this is not my area. Ultimately few lines were down.
4. Last month in the protectcare factory connection “set of boxes with TV” not working, in fact I was called, they said sending tech staff, but close the case. Till now, your staff have not yet come to your staff and same problem continues and facing the problem
5. In my experience AIRTEL lot of changes to be modified or call me for the meeting I have explained how customers suffer.
6. Today (14, 02, 2026) as on the problem is going on.
7. Kindly do the needful to rectify.
8. It is possible if your staff meeting asks him per day bring 1 or 2 customers compliant then only you know the public works.
9. Your IVR systems staff are all too good, but they are not solved the solution, this is prolonging the complaints.
