Dear all,

It infuriates to bring it to your attention that rampant corruption and bribery are taking place right in psi online testing centre allocation. On many occasions several partners have complained against corrupt officials neil dsouza & jignesh talajia it looks like psi stakeholders are very busy and there has been no satisfactory response.

We have plenty of evidence which prove that neil dsouza & jignesh talajia has been giving preferential treatment in allotting psi online testing centres to those who bribe them. Recently after several complaints were hailed psi online made another mistake sending the same unethical team to audit test centers and with this neil dsouza & jignesh talajia started asking for kick backs by creating fears of site closures. It also very well-known by now that this cartel promotes proxy certification and there by ruining certification value of famous exams such as aws etc. We also know that he charges money from existing centres to allow them to operate.

We would like to share some of the proofs/evidences with you.

· neil dsouza & jignesh talajia has been in cohorts with ms. Preeti (Davin info), mr. Senthil (Kalvi & voice it), mr. Pandian (Pandian networks), mr chetan pawar (Sysap), mr shrikant (Certview technologies), mr. Vasu (K r technologies bangalore) across india and on every aws proxy exam they receive a kick back of 25 lacs for minimum 5 proxy center allocation. Hence we request that accounts of neil dsouza & jignesh talajia and his family members be checked as they are taking money in wife account. That will reveal the truth. But it seems now a days neil collect the hard cash in mumbai.

· there are still some dubious centres which are running/operating only because they have the blessings of neil dsouza & jignesh talajia. He charges money from them regularly to allow them to conduct dummy exams in western region. We request the authorities to check these centers.

· recently neil has been traveling and collecting bribes from center on the context of site visits. How can a sales person by given power to audit its like given robber a policemen role. He will obviously rob and allot centers on preferential basis.

· we have sms of neil dsouza & jignesh talajia asking us to pay money for allowing us to conduct dummy exams.

We do not intend to harm the image and reputation of psi online which is trying to create its presence in apac and globe yet we are left with no choice but to go to other testing centers, clients, media house, consulates and share our experiences. Hence we have sent this email to all of them describing in depth all the wrong-doings that are prevailing.

Our only request is to cleanse the system otherwise the rot will do deep. We strongly urge the authorities to take strictest of actions against such corrupt officials.
