I can't receive bc in my pubg mobile lite account. Please refund my money.

My bgmi profile was hijacked by hacker who phished up my facebook creds. He then linked his own fake twitter account to it.
Two guys contacted me via whatsapp, message and also the ingame message and told me that your ID has been hacked and if you your account back you have to pay us.
And since i still had access to my bgmi account via facebook i tried to unlink that twitter account but it was not working as it was popping up saying that this account can only be unlinked after 21 days of linking. Meanwhile I tried reporting those hackers many times, not sure if anything hapedn with that.
I tried to reach you out via customer service from the official site as well as the the in game help support but in reply all i got was some copy pasted mails of how to reach out use the in game help support. I don't think anyone read my message of the incident. After 2 days when i opened my game i got a notitication that my id has been banned.
One of the guys also contacted me to tell me that my ID has been banned, enjoy now.

I got very frustrated and furious so i tried a couple of things but nothing worked out.
After 2 more days when i logged in again with my facebook it said that my account will unlock at a particular date which was 6 days ahead in future, so i waited for that day to come.
When i finally openned the game after that date with my facebook account my account was gone. The game opened a fresh account. I tried to resinstall the game but it still opened a new fresh account. At this point i had realise that the hackers have unlinked my facebook account from their side so thats why it’s not getting my old game profile.
Please resolve my account issue I invested a lot in account

My account is banned without any reason and i am not using any hack. I am playing bgmi/pubg from 4 years and never ever using any hack and my account level is 83. Can you please check whats wrong with the anti cheat system of bgmi and please unban my account because its banned for no reasons and i am not using any hack.

What i am asking is the details why have you banned my account. My money is stuck in that account who will be held responsible for that? If you are saying my account is banned because of cheating please submit proof also to me so i know what wrong has been done.
Or else return the money i have spent in game and uc is left in account and keep your account. Just return my investment.
I believe BGMi holds this much accountability to its customers when you take harsh actions randomly on Fair played accounts. What about the money being stuck i also have taken Prime plus subscription in which i will be losing (i.e 300uc )which i wont be able to collect during the ban period. This is What is called a Cheating. I have all the proof that i play legitimate and have been playing PUBG since 4 years.
Though BGMi partner tagged accounts are using configuration for high damage and less recoils, those accounts are highlighted as Gamers! Thats real sarcasm!
BGMi needs a real partner in india to Improve the gaming experience, otherwise its full of cheat and money seekers and all developers are sold for money and selling hacks to Partnered accounts.
Please hold atleast some accountability and address my questions and provide details.

I have been playing pubg mobile (now named as bgmi) since 4 years not even a single time i used hacks or anything unethical thing which broke the rules and regulations which was provided by BGMI
On 20th of July i was playing bgmi as usual and all of the sudden my account got banned they didn't provide me any reason or anything that why my account got banned and when i tried to contact their support team they continuously telling me that they wont provide any assistance untill the banned period is over
