Dear PUBG MOBILE TEAM,
My account has been banned for 10 years since September 23 2020 I was not hacking or teaming up with cheaters the reason was (illegal trade item)
Maybe because :
- I requested a refund from Google play subscription called: RP Membership Plus(1 Year) (PUBG MOBILE - NEW MAP: LIVIK) Transaction ID: GPA.[protected]

Refund Date: Jul 13, 2020
I requested a refund because the membership was new and I didn't understand it and there was no video explaining the membership and it disappeared the next day after purchase in the time when RP season 13 finished and locked up which made me thinking that maybe the membership was canceled by PUBG Mobile That's why I requested a refund
I made refund after one day of the membership purchase because it was written in Google Play that the refund is available within the first 48 hours. I thought that the request for a refund within the first 48 hours is normal and there is no problem with it.
I didn't mean to be manipulated or anything all it was just a misunderstanding. I made purchases of €14, 000 in my account.

PUBG MOBILE India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
And [protected] both claiming to sell uc due to ban the official payment channel is not there . The other trying to scam ppl by selling account but not giving account after payment. Both of them are hackers... So does pubg plan to take any action. Inturn loosing respect for the game due to scammer and hackers
