I purchase pubg uc for EGP 179.99 on 31 march 2021
My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed.I didn't receive my uc not did I got any refund.Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.

                  10 Years Ban on My Account

                  I was an online game player for PUBG and used to enjoy that a lot, I have put immense time and money into that game and recently by no means have they banned my account for 10 YEARS saying i have violated their USER AGREEMENT.

                  In any case i have not violated or broke their agreement with me, it was their ANTI-CHEATING incompetency and their teams of INCOMPETENT ENGINEERS who could not provide better services through their gamebr...

                  Dear PUBG MOBILE TEAM,

                  My account has been banned for 10 years since September 23 2020 I was not hacking or teaming up with cheaters the reason was (illegal trade item)

                  Maybe because :

                  - I requested a refund from Google play subscription called: RP Membership Plus(1 Year) (PUBG MOBILE - NEW MAP: LIVIK) Transaction ID: GPA.[protected]

                  Order date: Jul 11, 2020 3:03:36 PM

                  Refund Date: Jul 13, 2020

                  I requested a refund because the membership was new and I didn't understand it and there was no video explaining the membership and it disappeared the next day after purchase in the time when RP season 13 finished and locked up which made me thinking that maybe the membership was canceled by PUBG Mobile That's why I requested a refund

                  I made refund after one day of the membership purchase because it was written in Google Play that the refund is available within the first 48 hours. I thought that the request for a refund within the first 48 hours is normal and there is no problem with it.

                  I didn't mean to be manipulated or anything all it was just a misunderstanding. I made purchases of €14, 000 in my account.

                    Not Handaling fraudulant sites claiming to sell pubg UC

                    Just reported one scammer and 2 more showed up via wats app... Number [protected]
                    And [protected] both claiming to sell uc due to ban the official payment channel is not there . The other trying to scam ppl by selling account but not giving account after payment. Both of them are hackers... So does pubg plan to take any action. Inturn loosing respect for the game due to scammer and hackers

                      Account hacked

                      My pubg account was hacked via my twitter account by someone from pakistan contacted pubg customer care with all proofs.
                      they understood that somebody else was using my pubg account but they could not do anything because my twitter account account with which i logged into pubg was still with hacker.
                      since twitter is still not responding to complaint i requested pubg to ban that id till i get my pubg back..they are not doing...

                          So i purchased royale passin the pubg mobile korean version and i was playing the game fairly without any terms and conditions violations.
                          They banned me suddenly out of no where and now my royale pass (Rp) and uc (In game currency) sre blocked too. I tried contacting them several times but they just reply to me in korean saying "we have received your request and we'll look into it" and nothing chances. My id was blocked on 22nd sept 2020 and they are neither unblocking my account neither sre they giving any way to return/refund my money and royale pass or transfer it to some other account.

                          They should at least give a warning about something... No warnings no nothing straight away ban even though i didn't break any of their terms and policies.

                          They don't even reply on time. If i send them a mail in english they say it's hard to understand, if i send them korean translated mail... They say they will look into it... And then they do nothing.

                          I request someone to help me get my id unbanned or help me get a refund of the rp and sll the uc i have in ky account

                            On 13june 2020 i made a purchase of 799 and submitted a complaint regarding the purchase but i haven't heard anything since then... The money was deducted from account but didn't receive the game cash therefore i request your kind authority to look into this matter at the earliest or i'd lodge and fir regarding the matter as a cyber fraud...

                              Government banned pubg mobile in india due to security and privacy concerns but i still have a significant amount o[censored]n used uc available in the game. I know there are backdoor ways through which i can install and play pubg mobile by changing the region or by downloading an apk but i do not want to engage in such practices. Given that i spent real money in the game to get thise uc, i want a refund since i can not use them anymore. A quick reply would be highly appreciated!

                                When i updated erangle era mode before update i was having 610 uc in my account an dafter update i started n there was only 110 uc! Still can’t find my uc back please help me out i wana purchase next season royal pass once reported in customer center but they are not responding back i want my uc back please help me out...
