My Facebook([protected]@gmail.com) account was connected to a game called battlegrounds mobile India (BGMI) .
On Feb 03 2022 someone was continuously trying to login in my google account and after sometime he logged in in my Facebook account by somehow, I don't know him nor I've seen him in my entire life .
I could have blocked him but I was really busy in some other work .
On Feb 03 2022 someone's Instagram account named yolaan67 got linked to my Facebook account .
BECAUSE OF THAT MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT GOT DISABLED AND I WAS UNABLE TO LOGIN INTO MY GAME
in the game I actually purchased something for 3800 rupees and I didn't want to use it,
But the guy who hacked my account used it.
And after that I was trying again and again to login in my game but it was not opening and till now I'm unable to access my account, and then my brother from his account tried to contact the hacker through the game first he was refusing to speak and did not open his mouth and then the hacker's friend came in the team and told that it is his account, he was telling that we were lying and then he told that pay 20, 000 rupees and we'll give you the account
So he gave his Paytm/WhatsApp number

And then I tried contacting battlegrounds mobile India (BGMI) official website
I wrote a letter to them saying that my account has been hacked by someone who I don't know, and am unable to access my account

But the (BGMI) OFFICIAL WEBSITE response was not good and not helpful at all

They said that they can't do anything
They said we can't unbann your account I tried telling them that my account is not banned it's hacked, but their response was same.

Please kindly help me on this situation
It's been over 5 months and till now I am not able to access my account.
Please please please recover my account as soon as possible please!!
I spent lot of money on that account
Please kindly see through it !

My Facebook id was hacked by a hacker and he hacked my game account with help of my Facebook account as i had linked my game account from Facebook and after that hacker removed my Facebook account from my BGMI id and linked his account with my id and now I’m unable to access my game . To Battlegrounds Mobile India,

on (2022/05/06) my Battlegrounds Mobile India game account ( [protected] ) has been banned for 10 years without any reason, i did not done anything wrong against the rules and policies of bgmi, the last game play was full of bug for me and my teammates, duo to bug bgmi closed automatically after that i try to login again, on that time i am seeing ban notice, i surely know that i got ban duo to bug and i try to contact the customer care via mail and i wait for 3 days for reply mail. i did not received any kind of reply mail from them and again i try to contact them via mail they blocked my mail. almost i spent more than 3 lakhs rupees in my account for purchasing the uc (in game cash), please take strictly action on this and kindly unban my account, there are many hackers still in the game but bgmi only giving ban to the normal players like me, kindly please recheck it

Someone hack my facebook account and playing Pubg from my account and he have changed everything thing

Hi, My account got banned for second time without any reasons and these people do not even have customers support number or something and earning crores of rupees annually/ monthly from this country.
Particularly i want to know why my id number- [protected] got banned for half an hour! My wifi went off and took time to switch to mobile data and it was having poor stability. And soon after I entered game again my id got banned for half hour for network failure error! Whats my mistake in it. If i dont have Network I should not be able to log in. What is it anything doing with banning account! If someone is not haves good coverage sometimes all the accounts Of e-commerce should be banned?? Temporary or whatever! I want an resolution.

My bgmi profile was hijacked by hacker who phished up my facebook creds. He then linked his own fake Gmail account to it.
And since i still had access to my bgmi account via facebook i tried to unlink that Gmail account but it was not working as it was popping up saying that this account can only be unlinked after 21 days of linking.
I tried to reach you out via customer service from the official site as well as the the in game help support but in reply all i got was some copy pasted mails of how to reach out use the in game help support. I don't think anyone read my message of the incident. After 2 days when i opened my game i got a notitication that my id has been banned.

I got very frustrated and furious so i tried a couple of things but nothing worked out.
After 2 more days when i logged in again with my facebook it said that my account will unlock at a particular date which was 6 days ahead in future.
And now on 25/04/22 at 21:50:20 my account is unbanning
I think that he is trying to unlink my Facebook account from bgmi.

So I request bgmi team to get back my account as I've spent a lot of time and money on my account.

I tried complaining this to KRAFTON but doesn't look like its listed in consumer complaints.

So all it happened was i clicked a link which showed the new Lamborghini bgmi giveawy so it asked my email address and bgmi I'd no etc when i filled in two to three days i was not able to login in into my ACC and when i did i try yt videos to remove him and i even tried unlinking acc but he was online every day and it did not work and when i logged in today my acc was banned .Pls it's a sincere req to unban my acc and give me a method to change my login credentials .Pls unban my account

My bgmi account got hacked firstly they hacked my twitter account and changed my login details . When I tried to open the game it shows 1 day ban and the next day it shows 3 days ban later on it shows 7 days ban in that period of time they changed my twitter login details I tried to contact twitter customer support but no use I want my twitter account back now I am opening the game via Gmail but when I click on unlink twitter they opened the game via twitter and cancelled the unlink . I am totally confused I don't know why this is happened to me please help me with this issue I want my twitter account back immediately.

Hello sir on 13 March i received some emails from Twitter containing messages that my account password emails Everything has been changed i tried to open my BGMI ( battlegrounds mobile india ) account but im not able to access it because the hacker changed Everything. i contacted Twitter support for the recovery of my account they successfully recovered my account but when i opened my game i saw that the hacker linked his google play games account with my account ( There are two slots for linking account in bgmi ) i tried to contact bgmi support but nothing happened whenever i tried to email them the same message appears Please Help Someone i have spended so much money on my account :( Please help me pubg mobile india i have proofs also that my account got hacked :(

My i'd[ [protected] got banned for no reason. A level 73 i'd got banned for no reason because your anti cheat system detected it. How could you be so careless. I bought a new phone and when i logged to my old phone again they banned my i'd. I have given almost 3 year to this. You know what it takes to make a level 73 i'd. Royal pass prime membership.
