I purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 29 march at 8.00 am via internet banking. Costing rs.1949 for uc credit of 1500.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

Customer care centres are unreachable.

I just did a transaction of ₹799 on PUBG Mobile. I bought a UC pack worth 660 UC. Money got deducted from my account but i did not get any UC. I don't know what kind of fraud is this but i demand my money back ASAP. The money was paid to Times of Money Ltd. And the reference number is IGAFTLKHB0 and the transaction was done on 28th March 2019 at 16:18.

Bought 600UC in Pubg Mobile for 799/-rs but i didnot recieve any. Tried contacting them, but no response i also tried to send mail to them and contact them from the in game customer support. But they just keep on sending the robot generated request to provide the details. I already provided them the transaction details and everything they asked for. But still, there is neither the sign of purchased product or the amount refund

Bought uc in pubg mobile but didnt receive them in game. The purchase was for 600 uc and costed me 779 rs. Money was deducted from my account.. For some reason my google play didnt record the purchase.. I am attaching an image of mini statement from sbi mobile app confirming of money geting deducted and being transferred to this. It would be great if i can get a refund or if my purchase can be compleated by adding the uc in game that i purchased.

I have purchased season 6 elite pass worth rs. 799, the amount got deducted from the bank, but i didn't got the uc's. I have also texted the consumer care service, but they are also not replying, kindly help me with this, below are the proof of the successful payment to the times of money limited for purchasing the royal elite pass season 6.

My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed. I didn't receive my uc nor did i get any refund. Please refund my money.

I purchased pubg uc costing 799 rupees through internet banking sbi, money was debited from bank in the name of times of india but pubg mobile did nt received uc showing msg 'error occured unable to purchase'. There was no history about payment in google accounts regarding transaction made.

I have paid 799 for pubg elite pass.. Amount is deducted from my bank account but i didn't get elite pass.. The amount is not reflcting in pubg but it is debited from my bank account. And i have mailed to the concern people they just asked the screenshot of it and i have shared details after that no response from their side. They have to credit me uc for the payment of 799. I bought 799 worth o[censored]c. My bank sent message that the amount was deducted but in game it showed that "failed to purchase" i didn't get my amount nor my uc. No reply from customer support as well. #127146.
Pos [protected]. These guys turning to be thief's. I bought uc many times but still they gotta do these #. Moreover they don't help. Such thief's they are becoming.
