Purchased uc cash 3 times via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 24 january at 8 pm, 8:15 pm and 9 pm respectively via internet banking. Costing rs.79 each equalling rs.237 for 60+60+60 uc credit equalling 180 uc

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.

Customer care centres are unreachable.

    Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 01/22/2019 via internet banking. Costing rs.1949 for uc credit of 1500+300.

    My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was not credited to the game. It shows in my Punjab National Bank account that the money went to times of money limited.

        My Bank is Punjab national bank I spent Rs1949 for the UC and my money was withdrawn from the bank the payment was successful but no UC was provided.I asked for help from in game customer service for so many time but they have not bothered to even reply to it.It's been 3 day nothing have happened.No help what type of customer care is this?I have given all the required details but till now nothing has happened.please help.

          I purchased pubg uc of Rs 799 which cost me 724 because of google play credit on 21 jan 2019 .
          But at last it showed purchase failed but Rs 724 was deducted from bank account.
          I used the method of net banking of state bank of india for purchasing.
          Sir, it is a request if you would refund my money back .

            After the payment was done I didn't got any UC and only thing I got was deduction of my money and was being sent to times of money.

                Yesterday[protected] i tried to buy uc from pub g via
                1) tencent gaming -799.00
                2) google play -799.
                Both times the money was deducted but no uc was credited.
                Both transactions were done by yes bank internet banking. Sir i want refund for the same amount.
                Pls help. Yesterday i sent one mail to pub g but no response. Any help will be highly appreciated.

                Hello, I tried to purchase Elite pass in Pubg, but the money was deducted and i did'nt get the Elite pass I even sent mail to them and told what happened they asked for the screenshots i sent it still they are'nt giving any kind of satisfying response i just the refund or the purchsed Elite Royalpass.

                      I bought uc in pubg mobile but didnt receive them in game. The purchase was for 600 uc and costed me 779 rs. Money was deducted from my account.. For some reason my google play didnt record the purchase.. I am attaching an image of mini statement from sbi mobile app confirming of money geting deducted and being transferred to this. It would be great if i can get a refund or if my purchase can be compleated by adding the uc in game that i purchased.

                        On jan 19th 2019, i purchased uc of rs 1949 but it showed that it failed so i tried to buy again but it showed that it failed again and i didn't get any uc in the game but my money got deducted from my bank account so a total rs 3898 got deducted from my account..                                 Hii, i had bought rp in season 4 of pubg mobile i had total of 674 uc cash after completing all the missions, suddenly when i logged in i have only 484uc, i haven't shared my id with anyone nor i have purchased anything from the shop, i got no reply from the customer service, what do i do???
