Public Works Department Lucknow — Rs 16000 damages to my property by MD Construction's JCB (PWD Contractor)

The JCB of MD Construction - contract given by PWD Lucknow - has destroyed my sign board of Sanjay Pathology Clinic, which costed Rs 16, 000. Damages were done last year in December and nothing has been done in last 6 months. And now no one replies to my messages and they have even blocked my calls. Following are the people who are involved in breaking my property and have blocked my number or give no reply:

I hereby request for Rs16000, which is the price of my signboard, to be paid to me for the damages caused to my property.
