Puda Patiala — Illegal encroachment of puda park at phulkian enclave patiala

We have to inform you that Sh S N Bansal resident of # 128 phulkian enclave Patiala at GATE NO.2 Park not only illegal encroached the Park for their private parking bur also encroached the park for parking of vehicle which is for sale and purchase of vehicle by building solid plate form in the park for commercial use which is against the Rule of Law of PUDA. Moreover PUDA is paying Rs.3000/-PM for maintenance of that PARK. Sh S.N.
