I am a resident of pune owning a T passing car. Due covid there was no business and we can't convert T permit car into private for 3 years hence I am using the vehicle for private commute. I happen to cross pune cantonment toll booth 17, along with my family, i waved my had towards the booth to show i am with family and not carrying any passanger, but Rahul P. From the boot followed me and blocked my car from both the sides as if I am criminal and demand fine of 250. Even after repeatedly telling him that it's my family he argued with my and was very rude, he threatened me to seize my car and take me to the court and pay fine for Rs.2200. After waiting for 30mins I gave up and paid the fine. But now it appears that the government had sent notice to all the cantonments to stop collecting toll form 9th Jan 2022 onwards and Pune cantonment is collecting this tax illegally.
