Pune University — applied for transcripts 3 months back. not received it yet.

Its been over 3 months that i have applied for transcripts. no one ever receives call or replies to mail. Is this a SCAM to exploit alumni for money?

I have constantly been checking on site. They have mentioned that the application has been received by their department and the same is confirmed by the courier services.

My application number is TRN[protected] and my husband's is TRN[protected]. If we are missing any docs or you are holding the transcript for some other reason, please update.
