I have filled online application for duplicate convocation certificate in Jan 2016. I received a message about the payment.In march i was suppose to receive the certificate but till date not received. I have tried to communicate with them by telephone but they never receive it. I have sent so many mails to them but didn't got reply.
This is a worst feedback i am receiving from university.
