Pune University — Regarding payment refund

I have sent the following Email to Pune University with respective departments for the fee payment refund. But they are so unresponsive that they don't even bother to reply. It seems that they are not ready to pay the fee amount back.

I have made an online payment for the following two Applications but later it is found that there is some mistake in the forms.

So could you please take the necessary steps to revert back the payment made for these two applications, as these two applications are no longer valid and will not be taken under consideration. Please find below the Application ID's of the respective applications.
