I have registered and paid for basic data entry plan on 12-9-16 it has been 8 days from the date of registration and I have not got my account activated yet even after payment of Rs. 61/- as promised by them on their website Pune Works.com - (Account Activation is done on the Same day of Registration) mentioned on website. When I called them back to say that I havn't got any payment receipt online neither a mail stating that your payment has been done they said you will not get any mail of payment received by us but your account will be activated. So I waited for next 2 days and then they mailed me a fake login ID & password which does not match showing invalid username or password. When I called them again on their helpline no. the customer care executive asked me to SMS him my e-mail ID which I did twice in 2 days and still no feedback has been given regarding the same. Also Customer care executives neglect to whatever is said and no action is taken saying it will take 2 more days please be patient no satisfactory reply or action is taken by them. When I tell them that your website states that you will provide us username and password on the day of registration itself then they say its because of some technical issue we get delayed for some client. And I know I am not the only victim but lakhs of people who fall in this trap who are willing to work from home. I kindly request you to take appropriate action against them and stop them from cheating innocent people who are willing to work from home. Was this information helpful? | |||||

After activation 2 sets of data file was given with more than 50 data being invalid thus spoiling my time and effort. TAT for sending new file is 24 hours but support team takes days to send and after multiple reminders.They are running a shoddy business and it is nearly impossible to earn from their program. Amount charged by them varies from which affiliate site is selling their plan.
There should be proper investigation into this company.
Even their payment gateway is not encrypted.
