Press reporter vikram jalota of punjab kesari, phagwara is extorting various people in the town. He is blackmailing various respected people with false allegations on them . I found this very disgusting as the crime reporters are themselves doing crime.he is asking money from people in exchange of ads in newspaper and if someone refuses to pay, he starts blackmailing them against false charges. Please do take any action against this.
