I am mr. Harvinder garg senior advocate of sangaria bar association practicing for last twenty years. On date 10/12/2017 in your newspapers an impugned article titled *gurlal singh maan bane bar sangh kai adhyaksh* was published which is concerning to me and defamatory to me because it is wrong reporting.in this impugned article it has been published that i have been defeated by mr gurlal maan by the margin of 11 votes which is not only wrong reporting but defamatory to me also. Actually i did not contest the sangaria bar association election 2017. To your best knowledge during the election process i was on my foreign trip. I did not take part in election process and to your surprise it is pertinent to mention here that in the sangaria bar association election 2017 president to mr chhotu ram was unanimously chosen. There was no election happened. All other pretigious newspapes published this news and your newspaper reported wrong to defame me unnecessarily. Because of all this i have to suffer a lot. Then i sent a legal notice in your jalandher office to mr. Vijay chopra. He did not receive legal notice delibrately and it was returned back unserved. This time i am sending this mail to you. Please tender an unconditional apology in written to my office on below mentioned address because it is because of your wrong reporting i have suffered a lot. If this is not done then i will have to initiate legal proceeding against you for which you will be responsible
