I want to bring to your notice that I am a regular reader of punjab kesri and resident of Phagwara city. From the past 2 months we are receiving the paper in the late morning hours .as our office working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm so I just want that if the paper is delivered before 8 am we shall be very thankful to you
