Punjab Kesari — not publishing bday pic of my son

And i requested on 21feb. For posting bday pic of my son viaan goyal with photograph in attachment with complete address and mobile number

But after long wait no any pic publish and no communication from punjab kesari group received.

Kindly tell me reasons and ground on which it happens. I m really disappointed with this practice it breaks my heart of son on this auspicious day.
