Punjab Rto Derabassi — Learning licence pending for a month

Dear concern, i applied for learning licence through parivahan (contactless service) to rto derabassi (pb70). I paid all the fees and cleared ll test on 18.02.2025. But till date my application is pending with rto with remarks

I visited rto derabassi 2 times but they are not entertaining saying, they don't deal with online applications neither they are suggesting any fiuture course of action.
