Punjab State Pharmacy Council — Paid fee online for renewal but afterwards they show the registration is not valid

So I applied for renewal using my email and paid the fee. But when i tried to login using same email it showed no such registration exists and create new one. I created new registration using same email but it showed no application filed. They dont reply to emails too and even dont pick up phone calls.
