Hi, i have applied for backlog certificate on 18 may 2017, and till now i have no clue where is my certificate. The date mentioned in receipt was 1st june, but till now no processing, the tracking num shared is fetching no information, i called multiple times and people are just sharing phone numbers to reach out to department people and earlier they were giving personal reasons for delay and they are not even responding now. This is way our universities treat us and provide us with better services.
Such a good work and keep it up to trouble people in this way.

My name is dr manveen, i have done my post graduate diploma from anovus institute associated with punjab technical university, roll no-[protected]. It's been 2 months i have applied for degree attestation for wes evaluation in canada. I have applied thrice in 2 months, visited university but got no response. They harassed me, kept me waiting for hours but received no response. Again i visited on 16/05/17 and i was given confirmation that i will receive my degree attested within 3 working days but now they say they don't have any documents with them. I was given some numbers to confirm my status [protected], [protected]. These numbers are not not in use. It's a sincere request, kindly look into the matter and if possible please provide help as i am in urgent need of it. Thanks.

I have completed my graduation through brainware centre minto park under ptu in kolkata. This complain is to highlight the fact that my name and my father's name is misspelled in all my bca (Bachelor in computer application) degree certificate, provisional, migration as well as all the semester (6) mark sheets certificate which was issued under punjab technical university dated november 2013. I have raised this issue and submitted multiple request for the same at brainware centre kolkata however there is no update. I have collected all my certificates but my name and my father's name are misspelled in all.

Name : larry larinsanga (As in all certificate issued by ptu)
Father's name : f larinliana (As in all certificate issued by ptu)

The correct information as per my birth certificate, voter's id and adhaar card are:

Worst university i was not aware of such issues. I am working thats is why done from such university. Ihave talked to the institute head but he has not given me any response even i have paid the fees on time...

I enrolled with ptu roll no.1506016. They cancelled my provisional registration number after depositing fee of 6000rs. They refused to sit me in exam due to PhD regulations and after a week login in my account to deposit fee. And after that cancelled registration. I need my money back. I don't know why if they have to cancel my provisional registration, they login fee in my account.

I am deepanshi. My roll no is [protected], i was mba hr student of ptu session 2013 to 2015 and still now i don't get my 3 sem marksheet and 4th sem results. I talked to ptuhelpdesk and ptu support center.., and one of the ptu staff.. But no one helped me... This is not my fault.. Its all ptu fault.. I submitted my all sem fee on the time and gave all the exam... And i m suffering difficulties in my future due to negligency of ptu... So please sort out my problem as soon as possible... Otherwise i will be take this matter to other higher level.

I have visited university couple of times for my wes application submission.
They said that it would be done in 15-20 days and gave me this number [protected] to call and get the tracking number.
I have tried tons of times but either the number is busy or its switched off.
Its been more than 20 days now and still i am struggling to fetch my tracking number.

Please resolve it at the earliest or give us some other number to track it down.

Hi Team,

I registered myself on support.ptu portal to get the transcript, paid online as well but mistakenly I put the wrong mail id and not getting progress on my transcript, so many times called on toll free number but not getting any update from them. every time without giving and listening they hung up the phone, very rude and arrogant attitude . couple of times I asked them to update mail id what they replied is no one will do this its not possible and there is no option.

I m studing b pharmacy 6th sem in govt polytechnical college amritsar . There was a sessional and I did give one sessional due to some reason and in resseional my pharmacology teacher Mrs harindr kaur compelled us to give before 21 March we decided to gi've it on 18 March Friday .some students postpone it to 21 .on 21 she came late and half of the student ran at 11 am she reached clg and do submitting some document and some student said students are not there plz take our exam some other day .she said me again and again that I came for u guyzzz there was my patient in hospital I said that u don't have to postpone it students will do the same thing she start shouted at me said I m wrong I m wrong ...I will give u less mark in practicl now I m not going to take ur paper again and today she went to H.O.D sir oh our department and said this girl said me it's ol my mistake .help me sir she never attend regular clases even if she take ..finish within 15 min ..I will have to suffer if she will give less mark I m a gud student I don't have any bad record yet but she presenting me in a wrong way ..help me sir

Please have a look on the following dates:

1. My MBA Session was: 2012-14
2. 1 st Sem Exam Month- Mar, 2012
3. Date of Intimation regarding my wrong photograph to SVCM- Immediately on verbal basis, only after that you had allowed me to appear exam in the month of Mar, 2012.
4. Result of 1st Sem Published- 13/06/2012 (with wrong photograph)
5. Date of intimation to SVCM/PTU for such Photo Correction: Attached email dated 23.11.2012 and further on dated 08.12.2012.
6. Date of my First follow up with Vidya Infosys & Image Education Services : 04.09.2012, since SVCM did n't help me directly.
7. Date of Photo Correction through IMAGE & PTU Grievence cell: 07/04/2014 and they have intimated me on dated 17.08.2015
8. Date of receipt of correct original mark sheet (1 st & 2 nd sem) through my above follow personal up: Feb-2016, because PTU did not send me ditectly, they have sent the original mark sheet through SVCM.
8. Now only 3rd & 4th Sem Mark sheet photo correction is still pending.

In view of the above correspondence and rigorous follow up with my college-SVCM, University- PTU & LC-IMAGE, i could able to get my first and 2nd sem mark sheet corrected.
It is now very unfortunate to take somebodies credit as a institute credit and also now telling that i have not informed your earlier.
As a student i can not comment the performance of such a institute like SVCM, because one can easily verify the above matter and dates that how fast SVCM is doing his level best.

In fact, its is the responsibility of the institute to send my correct mark sheet (3 rd and 4th) on urgent basis, because i can not wait until my retirement. Please note that you have allowed me to appear the MBA exam after verifying the genuineness and accepting the institute fault, so i should not suffer for this after getting my MBA Pass certificate.

I suggest the college and University that If it is not possible, please inform and arrange for reimbursement of all fees along with interest loss and cost of my opportunity forgone which comes around Rs 10 lakhs in total (during this two years from[protected]after passing MBA), But they are not responding.

Just before 1 month my DMC arrived at my college by corrected but sir my PDC, MIGRATION AND TRANSCRIPT CERTIFICATE is still has not been corrected.

I had taken distance admission in mba in the year 2015 in december in first semester. And given exams of both the semesters i and ii. But till now i am not having my result. And at the time of exams of ii semester i got my roll number after 2 exam dates. If i go to the center of ptu from where i have been rolled they do not provide any details about the result. If i said, i am going to launch a complaint about this, then they said go and do the complaint in police. I have already paid rs 30000. What should i do now? Either i should fight for this or i should think that i have wasted this money. Kindly look into the matter.

Mba degree not received i completed my MBA in 2010 but after many follow ups i still waiting for my degree. my roll no is[protected]

I have completed graduation under Punjab technical university before 2 year but I have not get my result yet. Guwahati Regional centre didnot respond nicely about the result. I cannot take admission in another college. In this two year I cannot study anymore due to result. I have lost my two valuable year due to punjab technical university. I have clear my semester free regulerly per semester.

I have reappeared in 3 subject of mba last sem in dec-2015, but result is still pending.
When contact to my study center, they say university mistake (Internal exam mark or practical mark is not considered by university.)
This is 2nd time for me.
I have reappeared in dec-15, due to university mistake they considered paper-id - b0222- absent, b0223-absent, b0226-2 marks in m14 but i was present in both subject and in b0226 lc given 23 mark but university considered 2 marks.
In this regards my lc submitted all proof to university in may 15 but university not considered suggested for reappear.
This time again my result is pending.

I have passed out in the year 2008 but i am yet to receive the degree certificate. I am following up with the university officials continuously but there is no response. I think they have lost my degree certificate and telling me to file an fir for missing of degree certificate which i have not received it.
Its been many years now that i am continuously following up but there is no response from the university.
Please look into the matter.

I have submitted all the fees and charges to my learning center from 2011 and from march 2015 exam my result is still not shown . Its already 1 year from the date of my exam and till now my result is not shown and i am not able to aply for provisional and degree and already 5 years have been passed and still degree is on hold as due to this i am not even able to apply for further PG course .
I have submitted my form in OXFORD learning center in PreetVihar & now they are not helping or giving any information on this issue as i have contacted them several times but still no reply from them on this issue and even they always hang up the phone whenever i call them and ask about my result .

I have submitted various queries on ptu site but still not getting any answer that why my result is on hold as i have already submitted all the fees .
