Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to report a serious issue regarding the poor quality of water being supplied to our household through the government water connection in Bhagatpura, House No. 412, Phagwara.
For more than a week, the water coming from our taps has been extremely dirty, muddy, and has a foul odor. It is completely unfit for drinking, cooking, or even basic household use. This issue has caused great inconvenience and poses a serious health risk to my family and others in the locality.
Despite waiting for the situation to improve, no action has been taken so far. I kindly request the Municipal Corporation to look into this matter urgently and take appropriate steps to ensure a clean and safe water supply.
