Wrong commitments on booking, Post Sales - worst services ever seen from such reputed organization, and no response by the concerned officials and CRM, even nothing reply from the customer care official ids. On booking they have taken TOKEN amount and assuring that later on they will give floor which we were looking for but didn't happen. Later on, there were incomplete details showing in the application form like no co applicants name, cost sheet incorrect, etc and took one month time in getting corrected. In between Salesperson didn't respond to my query and after long time came to know that he has left the organization. All these details have been addressed through mail in details past 5 months but NO RESPONSE at all, even highlighted to customer care ids (TICKETS RAISED[protected] /[protected] and seniors too. I had tried to reach head office but there also no response.
There after they have started charging the late amount interest for which there is no delay from my side. They have given me around 3 months back some corrected demand letter on dated[protected] and against which I have been disbursing amount as per the demand letter and same discussed & committed with my CRM. But again, they have started showing irrelevant charges in the demand letter and it's been now past 5 months I am chasing for the correction in the demand letter ([protected] /[protected] and they have been telling that system is under migration which I have been hearing since past 5 months.
I would request management to look into it and resolve the issues. Finally, I had no choice than raising my voice here.
Looking forward to having correction in demand letter with no irrelevant extra charges.
