My father had fixed deposit rs 75k and saving account amt rs7k from retired amount in this nidhi limited. But the interest amount and fixed amount not recd from them. Several times we went to address of nidhi limited but no one is there in the address which is closed and phone call not being picked by them which was provided in the pass book. My father recently expired and my mother is need of the money which is deposited with nidhi limited. It is a rbi registered nidhi limited then why not action taken against them. This is the way people money are scammed. Requested for justice.
