I bought flat from purvankara on october 2014 and they gave no due certificate of previous owner. Now in 2016 september they are asking maintenance charges of 2012 to 2014 to me.
I asked them how they can give no dues when due is pending they simply replying that we gave no dues to construction and not for maintanence.
It gave me big lesson that never buy purvankara flats. They can come back any date asking money plus they charge 1.5% monthly interest .
