I purchased an Orient fan on Saturday From Flipkart, Order ID:OD[protected]
I was informed that the installation would be done on the 21st. However, since then, I have been given a different reason every day, and the installation has still not been completed.
I have been speaking with Flipkart customer care daily, but I am only getting new excuses each time, with no proper solution. Even today morning, I was told that the installation would be completed by 8:00 PM, but I have been waiting continuously and it has not been done. No one is responding properly.
Two days ago, I was given an electrician’s number (Raju), but he has not answered my calls despite multiple attempts. Today, I was given another contact (Khaja), but he is also not responding.
I am a patient, and it is very difficult for me to manage without a fan. No one seems to understand my situation. Kindly provide a proper solution to my issue.
Every day they keep saying to wait 24 to 48 hours, but no one is coming and they are not even giving proper information. I am suffering a lot. They took away the old fan and gave me a new one, but till now installation has not been done. I am a patient, and if anything happens to me, Flipkart will be responsible. At least they are not giving proper responses to my emails. I don’t understand how they can cheat customers like this. In this situation, I need the installation to be done immediately. I cannot keep waiting for days. Every day they give some excuse, but no proper solution is visible. I am submitting proofs and interacting with them.”
