Purple Bus — Horrible services and rude staff

I hope this complain is not dumped as usual and is acted upon. I don't know whether the owner of the business is also aware about his travel services. Experienced terrible drive and pathetic services. I somehow have survived several times while travelling through purple buses. I feared about people on the roads apart from ourselves whether we would be alive or not. The worst thing is that their staff is not ready to listen and say "aap ko jo karna hai karlo, hum toh galat nahi karate". This gives a message that criminals are operating the business, who do not care at all for someone's life. Will never travel through this again because someone's life is very important for me. Terrible!!!
