I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an order I placed recently and phuspakcourier as a courier service. On 15 Feb, 2024, I ordered clothing item. with the expectation of receiving it within the stipulated delivery timeframe. However, as of today, 18 Frb, 2024, I have yet to receive the item, and there appears to be no tracking status available.
This situation is highly disappointing and frustrating for me as a customer. I rely on the timely delivery of ordered items, more frustating part is that after 15th of feb there's no tracking update available on their website. The lack of any tracking information only exacerbates my concerns. its been 13 days since it was picked up and still haven't reciverd it yet. Tracking no.[protected], I have checked the tracking details repeatedly, but there has been no update.
It's an humble request to Phuspak courier services to please atleast update tracking information, so we could know where it is and deliver as soon as possible
