I am writing to register a complaint against Pushpdhan (pushpdhan.com) for cheating and poor service. I ordered 3 sarees which arrived after 14 days, but the quality was extremely poor and completely different from the website pictures. They have no working customer care number or email, and they are ignoring my return and refund requests on WhatsApp and Instagram. This is an unfair trade practice, and I request your help to get a full refund along with strict action against them, supported by attached evidence like screenshots, payment receipts, and chat attempts.
