Pw Enterprises — company advocates are calling me again and again.

I had already given compliant and even said it had resolved. But again i am getting calls.
I had given complaint on feb 14th..
Now again and again i am getting calls from them, and there are asking me to pay penalty, and if i ask y they are saying to cancel agreement. They had not given any work and i had paid rs.7800 twice believing they will give proper job and payment. That didn't happen and now two to three lawyers are calling me and asking pay penalty. They are not giving proper reason and they are indirectly warning me. Court, court, court.. Help me out i don't want to receive calls and i want my money back. And if possible take a legal action on the pw enterprises company.
