I am going through the same situation these people are saying they will raise a complain n all which i am not worried abt because i knw its a scam . But its irritating to see their funny emails coming that they will sue me n all those stuff .

pw enterprices a form filling work.
i unable to finish the work .so they are forcing me to pay 15800 rupees. 28/1/2019 within 2pm.if im failed to pay within given tym then the case wil be registerd under section 74, 75, 76 it seems.. so
i dont want to pay such huge amount.

Suddenly they send me a legal penalty notice fees after 4 months. 38950 . From lawyer Mukesh yadav he says that he is a advocate of Delhi high court and latur Maharashtra pw Enterprise company send my matter to him. He threatening me that if Maine legal penalty nhi di to mujhe gher per mere notice bhejenge . Me bhot depressed rehtii huun uparse ye problem picha hi nhi chorrahe . It's a request pls help me sir mam.

In jan, 2019 I started working on form filling which was given to complete the 1500 forms in 15 days. The software used to struck everyday and I used to call to solve problem but one day I was told that i[censored]nable to do the job, I have to pay 4900/- that I paid on 29th Jan, 2019 but after this payment they called me and they said for closing the contact I have to pay 9500/- after which they will give NOC. I paid and I got NOC but again I got call from some legal department that my file is still going to re-open. The advocate was ADV Mihir Patel from Latur. Now they are asking for courier charges and asking to settle the case outside the coust for Rs 15000.00 or in the court for Rs 90000.00. Please help me on this issue. They are disturbing and sending notices on my phone.We unemployed people dont have money to pay to the companies. Now no one will trust on online work.
