I enrolled in a course offered by PW Skills based on the information provided on their platform and promotional material. However, the services delivered are not as promised:
1. Live Lectures Not Provided: It was clearly stated that lectures would be conducted live. However, I received only pre-recorded modules from 2024, which are not helpful or easy to understand.
2. Batch Size Misinformation: I was promised a batch of 35–40 students, but currently there are over 240 students, making the learning experience poor and overcrowded.
3. These discrepancies amount to false advertising and misrepresentation. I have screenshots and recordings to support my claims.
And they said only 35-40 students wil be in your batch but its already 230 as you can see, please do something immediately otherwise more students will fall in this and please do something for my refund

Despite reaching out to their support, I have not received any helpful resolution or refund. I do not wish to continue with this course and am requesting a full refund.

I request the Consumer Forum to look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure I receive my refund.
