My name is Himanshu i am a private job employ I searched for online jobs On 20 april 2019 i find a number his name was Rajkumar he asked me to do home based simple typing job, i said yes then he said you have to do 900 forms filling work in 9 days she offered me to submit id proof through her whatsapp number i gave my id details then he signed an agreement from me, there were mentioned 4700 penalty charges if i failed to do the work in given time. On 20 april 2019 they send me id & password for online work which should be completed by 29 april 2019 i have completed my work by 28 april i have checked my forms twice with my friends and i had some doubts regarding my work i sent so many mails to the helpline mail id of the company also call them but there was no response from their side. I had submitted my work on 28 april 2019. Then they generate a qc report failed which showed that your 250 forms are wrong out of 900 which was impossible and then a advocate has called me his name was Gaurav shah, on 30 april 2019 he forced me to pay 4700+3000 penalty charges before 2 pm to clear out or close your agreement at Next call same day came from advocate aditya shamra, he said you have paid this much amount And replied me "see you in the court".
Also sent me a legal notice from the name of Adv S.B. Deshmukh.
It was all well-planned fraud.
Now he is forcing me to pay 4700+3000.
Am totally stressed.
Please take a strict action against these type of frauds.
Please help me. I am totally helpless.
