I am from Delhi and have visited this place in vrindawan. There are a lot of old widows living there but I am unaware of what they do and how they all live here as i dint get a chance to meet them in person. So, to answer your question: Yes! This NGO exists for sure. But, about their way of working.

If they are really doing what they claim, then it’s a great cause to support. Before knocking them off completely, I suggest you to do a little bit of research.. like why don’t you call on their landline number and tell them that you are planning to visit their foundation to meet some of the women living there. I mean if they are genuine, they will always welcome you to do so and if not, they will always insist that you shouldn’t.
Blind distrust is as bad as blind trust! If you’re really up for supporting the cause..then do spend some time in getting to know about them. I just had a look at their website and their pictures and documents look genuine... If you have a relative living around that area, ask him/her to get the information for you. I think that will also help.
