I am currently working in this ngo and these people using unethical practices. They are harrassing me as an employee. I am a teacher here. I was unwell for 2 days last week and they threaten me saying that they will not give my salary. I am working under very much pressure here. They took a huge sum of security from me which was of 30000/- and they even threaten to make further deductions on my salary. They are playing politics and they are overloading me with unnecessary work. Was this information helpful? |
