I have purchased 2 year Quess care extended warranty for my MI TV. They are not replying to mails on time and keep on requesting for details each time I try to contact. Inspire of sending all details, still they are not sending any technician to look into the issue. It has been a week. There is no proper response or effort taken towards resolution.
