We would like to submit the following complaint of cheating against the couples - mr. Altaf hussain jahangir, resident of gopalpur malamaddi, dharwad, and his wife mrs. Mehrunnisa altaf jahangir, (Alias mehrunnisa a jahangir alias mehrunnisa allahbaksh makandar, alias mehrunnisa a makandar) resident of “ next to naaz shamiyana bldg, ganesh peta, hubli, both earlier residing at their rented house no.295, leela, 7th main, 14th cross, dollars colony, rmv ii stage, bangalore-560094, and then shifted to…sterling apartments in rmv 2nd stage, bengaluru 560094 and now “absconding”. After sanjayanagar /malleswarampolice investigated the case, they are on the run and non bailable warrant has already been issued by court Modus operandi - mr. Altaf hussain jahangir a fraud started a society, qed india [website qedindia.org which is closed down after his arrest] consisting of sweepers /drivers/maids etc as board members. He claimed be ceo, ias officer. He showed land in chikkaballarpur area, near nandi hills, some land in outskirts. He collected more than 30 crores this way and disappeared. Mr. Reddy of amma constructions gave a complaint and got him arrested. Police could not investigate further as altaf hussain jahangir has not transferred money to his account but to wifes account and other builders account etc. His wife has now kept all land papers underground. Police say that since he has no money in his name, he cannot bearrested. After he was arrested he gave cheques to several people and all the cheque bounced. We inform the public that mr. Altaf hussain jahangirandhis wife mrs. Mehrunnisa altaf jahangir, (Alias mehrunnisa a jahangir alias mehrunnisa allahbaksh makandar, alias mehrunnisa a makandar are fraud and people must stay away from them. They are now in hubli /dharwad along with the father of altaf jahangir t.. They will come out of this case and may cheat others. They have a son aged 18 years named ashaaz, who has also started criminal activities like him and his father. Be careful of ashaazjahangir also. They will change his name from to escape from police. This altaf jahangir is total fraud. Now some of their staff who worked knew the fraudulent activities and left quietly. one such person is alisha ashish who now has come in open against this fraud man -altaf jahangir.
He showed fake lands to show as IP clusters and claimed as IAS officer who has visited hong kong etc . Alisha informed that he went with his wife to and children and enjoyed with victims money.
In any case, he has cheated several people and several cases against him. Police is tracking all the cases where NBW is issued and he has not reported to court and pay back .
He still has opened a fake website-qedindia.org with no address and any thing to defraud the next generation people.
We got info from police that he is absconding as he is attached to several cases in court of bengaluru.

Altaf Jahangir is changing his locations . He has found from youtube that his postings have negative remarks, so trying to stop his image building status.
Total fraud along with his wife . His son Ashaaz jahangir who is 17 years old has found stealing books and other stuff in school. He was also arrested by hubli police.

Entire social media and whatsa pp is full of altaf hussain jahangir and meharunissa jahangir ( wife with several fake names ) in property. Public beware benami properties in the name of Meherunissa jahagir who has put her fathers name allah baksh in registered papers. More findings by court is going to come out. They have 3 passports from goa, hubli and dharward. Also fake address in bagalore and mysore.
Altaf Jahangir, has been the CEO of various Organizations from the 15 years and has successfully completed his tenure and working modules in all the Organizations, No such organization or authorized person has raised any compliant against him till date
Working in high positions has risk and has enemies within the organization and external elements also during such transactions, he has faced many such civil and criminal cases while representing as an organizational head, many of the such cases are been quashed and he is also acquitted of all such charges by the Honorable Courts of Law

Altaf Jahangir is the best Officer I have ever meet in my entire career of 25 years, he has repsented India in the WIPO UN Geneva convention for IP several occasions, he has formulated en number of policies for the Govt

I have known Altaf Jahangir from the Last 15 years, who is known for his best capabilities and abilities to perform as an organizational head right from HSBC Bank to Qed India he had a commendable journey by achieving the Best and he has represented the State and the Nation on several occasions., commenting on his personal life and his family is totally unacceptable on this platform, I hope the Admin of this website shall remove such biased and unlawful comments from this website immediately

The suspect is Altaf Hussain Jahangir, said to be a resident of RMV Extension and an intellectual property consultant. Police said Jahangir had recently contacted Ramakrishna Reddy, owner of a construction company, by posing as an IAS officer.
He boasted to Reddy that he had top contacts that would help him get big construction projects in the City.
Jahangir contacted Reddy a couple of times and the builder fell for his tricks, police said. He then asked the builder to first deposit certain sum of money to start the process of planning the project. Reddy obliged and deposited a few lakhs of rupees into the suspect’s bank account. A weeks later, Jahangir again asked Reddy to deposit more money, saying he had to bribe some officials to get the project sanctioned.
A senior police officer said, “Reddy deposited the money again. But thereafter, Jahangir started avoiding him and gave one excuse or the other whenever Reddy tried contacting him. Reddy smelled something fishy and approached the police and made a complaint. He had deposited about Rs 93 lakh cash into Jahangir’s bank account. We arrested him after analysing the call detail record of his mobile phone and scrutinising his bank accounts.”
According to the officer, the cash is yet to be recovered. Investigation is now focusing on the suspect’s background and modus operandi. “We do not know if he has cheated many more people. We expect more people to approach us in the coming days and make a complaint against him, ” the officer added.
A case has been registered at the Seshadripuram police station.
