I have bought the product from Qnet India (Vihan Direct Selling) on 18th Feb and when come to know about this company what actually is and what was told, decided to opt out from this company and as per the Qnet product return policy raised a request for returning the products within 30days from the date of purchase. I have raised a raised after gathering all information about company and return process and since then, now its more than a month I am just chasing these peoples to provide me ewaybill to enable product shipping as all products are of cost more than 50K and need ewaybill to ship the products. I am sending them daily emails to remind for ewaybill and no one is responding. Also I am daily calling to there phone contact where everytime some random customer care executive speaks and says I will get back to you after discussion with my supervisor and no one ver get back. Also they are even not saying there names, identity or contact so that I can talk to the same person and start from where it was during last communication. So very time we call them a new random person takes the call and we have start teling same story to everyone from the beginning and he again foll you and keep call saying I will get back to you. This is serious harassment and I have wasted my money, paying heavy interest on money, took 3 leaves just to chase these peoples and somehow If I can handover the goods to courier compnay but of nos use. Every day i am just loosing and I need compensation of my 3 leaves, time I spend from more than month to call and email these peoples, compensation for cheating and fooling me, for mental harassment and courier charges and interest on my money which they are using from 2 months.
