They claim to provide hotel rooms at lowest price. They take a lumpsum money from the beginning. While booking hotels they don't allow to use that money. Rather they say they provide discount. However there are many instances where they don't provide discount. Wherever they provide discount, the price to be paid by the customer is same as the hotel booking charges through other websites.
It's merely a ponzi scheme where they are trapping many people. All the hard earned money is gone.
I am sharing some pictures where the balance in the account is more than rs.6.4lac but payment can't be done from the account balance.
The other websites provide the same same hotel at much lower price.
