Qoo10 — My amount is deducted but order is not placed

My ammount has been deducted but order isnt placed
These people are asking me check with bank and as i checkedmmount has been credited to shopclues axis bank account
But shopclues Q0010isnt accepting it.
Please help me to get my money refunded
