Quadlabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd. — UP-40126/57 : Employer not submitting claims document

Dear Sir,

I had left Quadlabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd in April,08. Since August,08 i have been repeatedly following up with the company to transfer my EPF account amount to my new account at my present employer; PF account no DL/26602/190 or send the form so that i get the amount credited to my bank account. However, there has been absolutely no cooperation on this front.
