Quaker Holidays — unethical behaviour and harassment; total fraud company

It is a company that will force you into harrassment and tension. A total fraud company with two fraud people krishnendu and sudipto (Bappa) whose office doesnot exist in sodepur. They take your trip money, make false promises and will never respond to your calls when you actually need their help and cooperation. We had booked a weeks' trip to bhutan with family but the amount of tension and harrassment we faced all throughout made our entire trip worth remembering. They didnt complete the payment to the local agent (Jaigaon travels) run by mr. Sushil thakuri as a result of which mr. Thakuri would repeated call and pressurize us that if he didnt receive the payment our trip would be cancelled mid-way and would threaten the driver to leave us at the hotel helpless and come back.in such a critical stage in an unknown country we had repeatedly called up shudipto and krishnendu but not a single person would attend to our calls (Infact krishnendu totally vanished from the universe at that instance). Even the itenary and hotel booking details given by quaker holidays was all fraud, actually no booking was done by them. When we met the local tour agent, we were given a different itenary with different hotel names and different t&cs. Being frustrated by the behaviour of quaker travel agents, we sent our people to their address to find out whats happening but to our utter surprise we came to know that they moved from their address a year back after duping many such customers like us. Somehow, by god's grace we completed our trip but never enjoyed a leisure carefree moment all throughout the trip, they made it a total disaster! So guys be careful and plan your vacations with recognized travel agents and quaker travels if you are reading this review then remember you cannot cheat people and flourish in your business! You guys are being thoroughly cursed!
