I ordered one sony 32000mah power bank with i7 wireless bluetooth headphone in quality best but.com as per their add. On delivery i got i6 wired headset with power bank. I write two complaints through email but there is no response. Contact phone number also not attended. But daily their advertisement through mobile reach every people who use internet. More chances to cheat more people.

I purchased phone is not received. It's totally wrong product damaged and also not working.

Display damaged, charger is not match, battery not working

Waste of time and money

No response for my mail and no one pickup my call

Please take return back your product and refund my money as soon as possible

And they were not responding my request by email and switched off mobile
Please help me sir
