I have posted the complaint on this platform but marked as “resolved” without solving the issue. Also generated ticket to “support team” but no result. However, i am again repeating the issue :
“i have placed an order vide order no. Que9759 for delivery of item "queendesignstudio women suit-gown 246). The item is delivered on 25th nov, but is not the ordered item. I complained the same to whatsapp care no. [protected] and also through email at [protected]@queendesignstudio.com.
On the same day, the have provided a link through whatsapp no. Advising to fill the form and also mention that"you will get your return 7-8 days to your account."
I have followed all the steps advised by queendesign company and after continuous follow-up neither i have received the refund nor they have acknowledged my complaint.” Was this information helpful? |
