I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Queen Bee Travel Agency located in Chennai for failing to deliver the services promised to me as part of the holiday package purchased in June 2024. The details of the package and the specific issues are outlined below:

1. Details of the Holiday Package Purchased:

In June 2024, I purchased a holiday package from Queen Bee Travel Agency, which included the following benefits:

Complimentary 3-night, 4-day domestic trip for two people, including flights.

Complimentary 2-night stay for two people at one of three specific destinations (Kodaikanal/Wayanad/Munnar).

Unlimited use of partnered hotel facilities/amenities for daycations in Chennai.

6-night stay across two years, redeemable in two batches of 3 nights at any location in India.

2. Promises Made by the Agency:

The agency promised to send a membership welcome kit within 48 hours of booking, which I have not received.

All the services, including complimentary stays and daycation benefits, were to be available immediately or upon request, but none of these services have been provided.

3. Attempts to Resolve the Matter:

Since the purchase, I have repeatedly contacted Queen Bee Travel Agency's customer support, seeking clarification and delivery of the promised services. However, I have only received vague responses, shifting timelines, and no resolution. The agency has failed to honor its commitments or offer any substantial assistance.

4. Complaint and Demand for Full Refund:

Despite waiting for over five months, I have not received any of the promised services or benefits. As a result, I am filing this complaint seeking a full refund of the money paid for the package. The agency has breached its contract by failing to deliver on its promises, and I seek compensation for the inconvenience caused.

5. Request for Immediate Action:

I kindly request that the Consumer Court or the Consumer Protection Authority take immediate action to:

1. Investigate the matter and the agency's failure to provide the promised services.

2. Order a full refund of the amount paid by me for the holiday package.

3. Consider appropriate penalties or compensation for the lack of response and the distress caused by this matter.

6. Attached Documents:

Copy of the contract/receipt of payment for the package.

I request that my complaint be heard and appropriate action be taken as per the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I look forward to a resolution at the earliest.
