I purchased a subscription of 159 kilometers for 12 days on 19th March 2024. I took a carpool ride from office to home on March 19th in evening. From 20th March I opted for recurring carpool ride (Monday to Friday) from home to office in the morning and office to home in evening. So, I took carpool ride on March 20th from home to office at 7.55 a.m. and from office to home at 5.55 p.m. On 21st and 22nd March I tried to book carpool, but best match riders didn't accept booking. So, I booked cab on higher rent. My office was closed from 23rd March to 25th March. So, when I tried to book carpool on 26th March (Tuesday), my subscription kilometers balance was not sufficient. Quick Ride team deducted kilometers wrongly from my account for 21st, 22nd and 23rd March. I mailed my concern to Quick Ride support and called to customer support but they denied their fault and didn't reverse my kilometers back into my account. Non availability of sufficient kilometers in my account, I couldn't book carpool and paid higher fair for cab ride.
