Quick2Host.com — Roast Service, Quick2host didn't resolve my issue from last 2years

I have mail server problem from last 2years to resolve this I also paid Rs. 1717 to Quick2host team, but my problem as it is. & there is no one picking up the phone n so many ticket generated to resolve this but no reaction from Quick2host team.
