Quickkartindia — Wrong Product Delivered Request for Refund/Replacement

Dear Team,

I ordered a shoe rack from QuickkaartIndia on 16th February 2025, Order #4194. The product shown in the advertisement was different from what I received. The item delivered is of very poor quality and does not match the description shown in the ad. I paid ₹999 for this order.

I have tried to contact the seller via email ([protected]@gmail.com) but received no response. Therefore, I am filing this complaint requesting a full refund or a replacement of the correct product.

1. The product received (which is different from what was shown).
2. The ad showing the product I expected.
3. Order confirmation screenshot.
